Taiga Finance is paid for by its subscribers, so there are no ads or paid recommendations. One plan includes every feature, with nothing locked behind an upgrade.
Taiga Finance is new. The people who subscribe in its first year are paying for it before it has a track record, and the lower price is our thanks for that.
What's in the plan.
Why a subscription.
Your subscription pays for the provider that connects your banks, which bills us every month, and for the servers and the people who build the app.
Asked often.
Taiga Finance is $12 a month, or $90 a year, and the first 14 days are free.
Because the trial is the full product, bank connections included, and the connection provider bills us for every account from the first day. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and canceling before then means nothing ever is. To look around first with no card and no commitment, the demo account is open to anyone.
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, monthly or annual, and the account carries on. Cancel first and it isn't: the account turns read-only and bank feeds stop. What you entered stays to read and export for 90 days, then it is deleted, with email notice before the date. Subscribing again before then picks up where you left off, with the banks connected again. The trial is once per household.
Included. Two people share one plan, each with their own login. An account you own has a sharing setting, joint, balance only or separate, and a savings fund can be yours alone; the other person sees one rollup, so the totals still reconcile.
Subscribe to an annual plan by January 31, 2027 and your renewal price is $60 a year for as long as the plan stays active. Switching to monthly billing ends it for good, and a new subscription after January 31, 2027 is at the list price.
Yes, at any time. Settings › Billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where the switch is made. Moving to annual credits the unused part of the current month against the annual charge; moving to monthly takes effect when the paid year ends. A founding plan can move to monthly only, and the founding rate ends when it does.
No. Payments are not refundable. The time to decide is before the first charge: the 14-day trial is the full product, bank connections included, and the demo account is open to anyone without a card. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the term. For a question about a charge on your account, write to hello@taiga.finance.
Yes. There is no limit on connections or accounts, and no institution costs extra. Bank connections are the main thing the subscription pays for.
